ToggleRefund and Return Policy
Effective Date: March 23, 2025
Introduction
Hey there! Thanks for shopping with us at ‘mystockbucket.com’. We want you to be happy with what you buy, so here’s the deal with refunds and returns for our digital stuff.
About Our Digital Products
Just so we’re clear – everything we sell is digital. That means downloadable files, NFT images, software plugins/software, templates, guides, and online courses. Once you download it or get access, you can’t really “return” it as it would not be like physical product.
When We’ll Give You a Refund
We’ll issue refunds in these situations:
- Tech Problems: If you run into major technical issues that our team can’t fix within a week, and you can’t use what you bought.
- Not What You Expected: If what you got is seriously different from how we described it on our website.
- Oops, Bought It Twice: If you accidentally purchased the same thing twice within 24 hours.
How to Ask for a Refund
If you need a refund:
- Email us at contact@mystockbucket.com within 14 days of buying.
- Tell us your order number, what you bought, and why you want your money back.
- We’ll get back to you within 5 business days.
- If we approve it, you’ll get your money back on your original payment method within 10 business days.
When We Can’t Give Refunds
Sorry, but we can’t refund you if:
- You just changed your mind or don’t need it anymore.
- It’s been more than 14 days since you bought it.
- You’ve already used a good chunk of the product.
- You’ve broken our Terms of Service.
- Your computer or software can’t handle the product (when we clearly stated what you’d need before you bought it).
Try Before You Buy
Whenever possible, we offer free trials or samples. Check these out before buying to make sure you like what you see and that it works with your setup.
